A global corporation with headquarters in Ewing, NJ seeks a Contracts Manager/Corporate Paralegal to join its legal department. The Contracts Manager/Corporate Paralegal will help with commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate governance/SEC. The corporate generalist will help draft, review, and manage NDAs, supplier contracts, and consulting agreements. Will also help with compliance to develop and implement policies and training for compliance and mitigation risk purposes. The right candidate will have excellent drafting skills, willing to learn, have a “can-do” attitude, and very detailed oriented.
This is a hybrid role with being in office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday).
