As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns. This role requires a confident and competent professional who can manage the entire labor process independently. You'll work in a Level 1 birthing center, supporting high-risk patients and ensuring the best outcomes for families.

Provide comprehensive care in a mother/baby couplet care labor and delivery environment
Circulate in the OR and assist with LDRP and MBC
Utilize EPIC charting system effectively
Support a high volume of births, averaging 105 per month
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Need 3 years experience in setting
Must have completed at least 3 travel assignments
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Experience with EPIC charting and circulating in the OR
Comfortable with floating between L&D, Postpartum, and PACU
Strong skills in LDRP and willingness to float as needed
