Job Summary:
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Documentation Analyst to support complex contract creation, negotiation, redlining, and lifecycle administration within a high-volume business environment. This role will serve as a key liaison across legal, compliance, finance, and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely execution, documentation accuracy, and adherence to internal contracting policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong contract analysis expertise, exceptional document control skills, and the ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, revise, and process templated contracts, amendments, extensions, confidentiality agreements, service agreements, and statements of work
• Perform detailed contract redlining and negotiate language changes in accordance with company standards and compliance guidelines
• Manage end-to-end contract process workflows from initiation through execution, storage, renewal, and closeout
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, procurement, and commercial teams to resolve contract-related issues and approvals
• Maintain accurate contract documentation across internal repositories, shared systems, and tracking platforms
• Research contract discrepancies, documentation gaps, invoice issues, and stakeholder inquiries to ensure timely resolution
• Support distribution of notices, letters, and formal communications tied to contractual obligations and renewals
• Track milestones, due dates, purchase order dependencies, and statement of work deliverables to ensure operational continuity
• Assist in developing and improving administrative procedures to support contracting compliance and process efficiency
• Serve as a subject matter resource for internal stakeholders on contract documentation standards and process requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related discipline
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in contract analysis, contract administration, documentation management, or procurement operations
• Strong hands-on experience with contract redlines, amendments, and contract process management
• Proven ability to coordinate contract completion across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and document review skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience identifying discrepancies in legal, commercial, or financial documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and contract/document tracking systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting master service agreements, distributor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and statements of work
• Prior experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with documentation workflow platforms and contract repository systems
• Exposure to invoice validation, purchase order coordination, and vendor documentation support

Pay Range: $30/hr to $40/hr
