Award-winning Dental Practice hiring a Contract Credentialing Specialist of 2+ years to verify & audit credentials for providers, meet deadlines, and ensure industry regulation standards are met- Onsite in Dallas, TX 75251 for 6 - 8 months or more. Immediate benefits, starts in 1 to 2 weeks.
SALARY $23/hr to $28/hr | Based on experience
- MINIMUM 2+ years recent provider Credentialing experience in healthcare (REQUIRED)
- Dental or Oral Surgeons preferred
- Credentialing platforms, CAQH, complex documents
- Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
- FT, Mon to Fri | 40 hour week for a minimum 6 to 8 months, w/ possible extension
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years recent medical credentialing & provider licensure experience
- Industry regulations knowledge (CAQH attestations, payer protocols, etc.)
- Maintenance of credentialing software & databases for data entry
- Knowledge of complex documents
- Able to meet deadlines, work independently
- Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook
Preferred: Project management experience
Job Duties
- Manages credentialing process for oral surgeons & general dentists
- Complete roster verifications, CAQH attestations to maintain network status
- Maintain accurate records in credentialing platform.
- Update provider information
- Maintain accurate copies of all credentialing documentation
- Communicate with providers to address any missing information
- Monitor expiring licenses
- Initiate renewal process to avoid any lapses
