Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Contract Professional, you will provide advanced support focused on comprehensive contract management and administrative efficiency.



Every day you will perform duties including robust data reporting, contract file processing, and preparing physician contract requests. You will also adeptly handle financial project coordination and other essential office functions as required.



To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail in data and document management, and the ability to efficiently coordinate financial and administrative tasks to optimize operational support.




  • Receives, tracks and monitors all requests for payments to physicians; verifies request against contract


    requirements to ensure compliance; ensures accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Handle document requests from the Common Spirit compliance department related to physician transactions


    (e.g. physician contracts and payments) for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Assists in the preparation of new legal service requests (eLSR's) for contracts. Completes on-line contract


    requests and includes all necessary information to develop the contract.
  • Assist with monitoring the expiration of contracts and insure that contract changes are considered in a timely


    manner prior to expiration.
  • Works to ensure compliance with existing contracts and develops processes to ensure continued compliance.


    Maintains electronic and hard copy files relating to contracts. Organizes and standardizes formats for files.
  • Assist with maintaining an effective system for tracking and monitoring physician contract expiration dates for


    all contracts and related documents; assist with maintaining an effective process for requesting renewal


    contracts prior to expiration dates.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate General Studies and At least 2 years’experience in working with legal documents and/or leases., upon hire
  • Experience in working across departmental lines

Preferred

  • Some college, upon hire
