Role Description

• Manage family law cases from start to finish
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Handle trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and courts
• Work collaboratively with support staff to move cases forward effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

• 4+ years of family law experience (required)
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
• Strong writing and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and caseload independently
• Professional, responsive and solutions-oriented
• Demonstrated ability in conducting thorough Research to support cases and client strategies
• Experience in negotiation and managing dispute resolution effectively
• Proactive decision-making skills combined with attention to detail

Compensation

Compensation starts at $75.00/+hour commensurate with experience.
