One of the country’s largest media entertainment companies is searching for a Contract Administrator to join their high-impact operations team on a hybrid basis in Downtown Nashville, TN. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a critical part in optimizing procurement processes by reviewing contracts, ensuring data accuracy, and driving efficiencies that directly support enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and oversee the procurement contract database, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible
  • Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies
  • Input contract data and metadata into Oracle Fusion and collaborate with procurement teams and buyers to gather, verify, and organize contracts
  • Confirm key contract elements, such as payment terms and contractual entities, and track contract performance indicators
  • Act as a key contact between vendors and stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters and drive contract process improvements
  • Generate, analyze, and review reporting on contract performance, delivering insights that support strategic sourcing
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in workflows to manage shifting priorities and evolving processes in a fast-paced environment


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract administration
  • Proficient in Oracle systems, with a preference for Oracle Fusion experience
  • Familiarity with Ariba is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Highly effective communication abilities to interact successfully with diverse teams and high-level executives
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational prowess, and adaptability to changing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage contract lifecycle activities and implement efficient strategies
  • Experience in the media or entertainment sector is a plus
  • Customer service orientation and collaborative approach to problem-solving
