Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and oversee the procurement contract database, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies
- Input contract data and metadata into Oracle Fusion and collaborate with procurement teams and buyers to gather, verify, and organize contracts
- Confirm key contract elements, such as payment terms and contractual entities, and track contract performance indicators
- Act as a key contact between vendors and stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters and drive contract process improvements
- Generate, analyze, and review reporting on contract performance, delivering insights that support strategic sourcing
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in workflows to manage shifting priorities and evolving processes in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract administration
- Proficient in Oracle systems, with a preference for Oracle Fusion experience
- Familiarity with Ariba is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Highly effective communication abilities to interact successfully with diverse teams and high-level executives
- Strong attention to detail, organizational prowess, and adaptability to changing processes
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage contract lifecycle activities and implement efficient strategies
- Experience in the media or entertainment sector is a plus
- Customer service orientation and collaborative approach to problem-solving
