About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and camera-ready Content & Social Media Coordinator to bring Arrae to life on TikTok and our social media platforms. You will create content for Arrae that feels authentic and trend-forward, and collaborate with our Social team to test and pitch new content ideas, capture behind-the-scenes moments and engage with our community.
What You’ll Do
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos that align with arrae’s brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling style.
- Serve as an on-camera personality for TikTok, delivering content that is: energetic, relatable, confident, witty, and authentic.
- Shoot TikTok-first concepts using in-app features, trending formats, and arrae’s messaging guidelines.
- Support the creation of TikTok ad concepts by filming UGC-style footage, testing hooks, and producing platform-native creative.
- Optimize content specifically for TikTok Shop, including shoppable videos and product showcases.
- Produce evergreen content designed for the TikTok Shop affiliate program.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at photoshoots, launch events, retail visits, and day-in-the-office moments featuring team members and founders.
- Actively monitor, respond, and engage with our community across all social platforms: comments, DMs, tags, and trending conversations.
- Work with the Head of Social to test and execute new content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and awareness.
- Assist in developing weekly content calendars tied to launches, campaigns, and platform trends.
- Conduct ongoing trend and competitor research to pitch fresh, platform-native content ideas.
Who You Are
- BA Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience creating short-form social content, with a strong on-camera presence and portfolio. Sharing examples of your work or portfolios is highly encouraged!
- Analytical mindset with the ability to look at TikTok Shop performance data to iterate on hooks and CTAs.
- Strong storytelling skills and visual taste.
- Proficient in mobile editing tools and fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content formats.
- Excellent written communication and ability to craft engaging, platform-native copy.
- Strong understanding of social trends and content strategy, with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.
- Based in Los Angeles and available for a hybrid schedule (in-person 3 days a week).
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. We offer competitive compensation based on factors like experience and qualifications, which may result in a salary above or below the listed range.
