Cogency Global is looking for a hands-on, organized Content Marketing Specialist who can turn expertise into engaging, high-impact digital content. This role is for someone who understands how to build brand presence through social media, thought leadership support, and timely, relevant content. You will turn ideas and subject matter expertise into compelling posts, campaign content, and brand storytelling that strengthens Cogency’s voice in the market. You will support Cogency’s digital presence by publishing social content, thought leadership, and editorial content across priority channels with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, thought leadership, and market-relevant storytelling. You will collaborate closely with Brand, Digital, Design, and subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content aligned to business priorities. **Key Responsibilities** **Social Marketing & Community Management** - Support and execute content across owned social channels. - Develop and manage a social content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, and thought leadership. - Draft and publish social content across formats (brand posts, SME content, campaign support and timely commentary) - Curate and share relevant industry content with added perspective - Monitor engagement and manage community interactions in a timely, brand-aligned way. - Track performance and use analytics to optimize content and improve engagement. **Thought Leadership & Content Development** - Support development thought leadership that positions Cogency’s experts as credible voices. - Partner with subject matter experts to create articles, social content, webinars, and long-form assets. - Translate research, market trends, and regulatory updates into clear, audience-friendly content. - Contribute to a repeatable process for developing and scaling thought leadership content. **Blog Content & Editorial Development** - Support blog development including briefing, drafting, editing, and publishing content. - Edit and refine content from internal contributors and external contributors to ensure clarity, quality, and brand alignment. - Build blog content from interviews, notes, presentations, and SME input. - Ensure content is aligned with social promotion, and broader marketing initiatives. - Help manage editorial workflows, timelines, and review content standards. **Content Strategy, Research, & Distribution** - Support research-driven content development (webinars, articles, campaigns). - Use audience & market insights to inform content planning and messaging. - Support content distribution and syndication efforts to extend reach. - Ensure content distribution aligns with channel best practices and business priorities.
