The Content Acquisition Specialist supports a content or media partnerships team by assisting with deal management, contract administration, and performance analysis. This role involves researching and summarizing contract terms, analyzing sales and performance data, supporting licensing negotiations, and helping maintain accurate records across internal systems. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as legal, operations, and finance, while also interacting with external partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Support a content or partnerships team with deal management, contract administration, and operational workflows
  • Research, review, and summarize contract terms and agreements
  • Analyze sales and performance data to generate insights and reports
  • Assist with licensing processes, including renewals and updates
  • Maintain and update records across internal databases and systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as legal, operations, and finance
  • Communicate with external partners as needed
