Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. This full-time role requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction. As a Project Superintendent, you will supervise trade partners and collaborate with the project team to manage and execute projects effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and mentoring project staff, as well as developing and implementing site logistics plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all trade partners and collaborate closely with project team members.
• Oversee, manage, and mentor staff on various construction projects.
• Develop and implement site logistic plans to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, particularly those valued at $20 Million or more.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout project lifecycles.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $20 Million or more.
• OSHA training certification.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical specifications and architectural drawings.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Phoenix.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to actively participate and contribute in a team environment.

• Experience in multi-family construction.
• Framing experience is beneficial.

The role requires on-site work with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Weather conditions may vary, so adaptability is essential. The company provides a vehicle allowance and technology package. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
