Owen Thomas Group are currently partnered with a Leading General Contractor in Arizona. Assisting them in their search for high-level Construction Superintendents working on major projects valued $50M+.
Duties:
Supervises field staff and enforces productivity, safety, and performance standards
Manages timecards, payroll submissions, and compliance with hiring practices
Ensures adherence to safety programs, procedures, and documentation requirements
Keeps drawings, RFIs, and project documentation accurate and up to date
Participates in project meetings and trainings as needed
Coordinates subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines
Identifies delays early and works with team to create recovery plans
Assists with job cost setup and tracking for self-performed work
Ensures accurate purchase orders, invoicing, and pay applications
Verifies subcontractor work aligns with scope, budget, and timeline
Supports contract compliance and negotiates back charges as needed
Maintains clear documentation and updates as-built drawings.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 8+ years of related commercial construction experience
Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes
Skilled in construction scheduling, cost control, and risk management
