Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Peachtree City, GA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, enforcing site safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Site Management and overseeing daily operations on active sites
• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment
• Strong Organization Skills and the ability to maintain detailed project documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to direct teams and liaise with clients
• Familiarity with Procore construction software and tools is a plus
• 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial construction is required
