Construction Superintendent

Superintendent – King of Prussia, PA

Base Salary: Up to $125K + Car Allowance

A well-established General Contractor in the Greater Philadelphia market is seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team.

This firm has a long-standing reputation, strong repeat client base, and a consistent pipeline of diverse projects across multiple sectors.

The Role:

• Lead field operations on projects up to $75M with as many as 100 personnel onsite
• Oversee daily site activities including subcontractors, scheduling, and safety
• Work closely with Project Management to ensure successful project execution
• Take ownership of jobsite performance from start through completion

What They’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of construction experience
• Strong understanding of how to build and manage a jobsite
• Ability to handle large-scale projects and coordinate multiple trades
• Experience with a reputable GC preferred
