RQ Construction, LLC is actively hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to support our Field Operations team on projects located at Kings Bay Naval Base in Georgia and nearby areas. This role is based on an active military installation and requires full-time, on-site leadership. Candidates who are already local to the region are preferred, though relocation may be an option.
The Superintendent is responsible for directing all on-site construction activities for assigned projects. This includes supervising field staff and subcontractors, coordinating daily and long-term schedules, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements, including drawings, specifications, and project proposals. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards, adhering to project timelines, and managing costs, while upholding RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Compensation$110,000 - $150,000 annually
