We are partnered with a reputable Dallas-based General Contractor that delivers high-quality projects across the retail, healthcare, office and broader commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Construction Superintendent to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the Dallas area.

The Role:

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from ground-up through to completion
• Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and trades
• Maintain and drive the project schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control throughout the build
• Lead daily/weekly site meetings and communicate progress with the project team
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Proven experience on retail, healthcare, office or commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Experience working on projects in the Dallas market is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
