What You'll Do:
- Lead field operations from site prep to close-out
- Own schedule, subs, safety, and quality
- Work directly with PMs + company leadership
- Represent the GC with pride + professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years running commercial or industrial projects with a GC
- Strong communication + leadership skills
- Professional in reading plans, managing subs, staying on top of safety + schedule
- Familiar with construction tech (Procore or similar is a plus)
