Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control for electrical projects involving high and medium voltage in Pensacola. This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards are met on a High Voltage Substation project that converts power to medium voltage across the base.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the quality control processes for high and medium voltage electrical projects.
• Oversee the construction of a High Voltage Substation and its conversion to medium voltage.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, including superintendents, project managers, and engineers, to coordinate quality control activities.
• Conduct inspections and tests of materials and equipment to ensure they meet required standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and reports.

• 10 years combined experience in roles such as Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer on similar construction contracts.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Quality Control Manager.
• Proficiency in quality control processes related to construction and electrical projects.
• Experience with high and medium voltage projects, including transformer replacements, data centers, PV farms, and power distribution.

• Previous experience with base infrastructure projects and power distribution systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

The role involves managing quality control processes in a dynamic construction environment with a focus on electrical systems. You will work closely with various teams to ensure project standards are met, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pensacola,FL.
