About the role:
Location: DMV Region, USA
Join Dolphin Solutions and be part of a growing new U.S. team bringing an innovative European integrated washwall system to major commercial projects across the country.
This is not a standard construction PM role. This is an opportunity to help introduce a smarter, more advanced approach to commercial washroom delivery in the U.S. market. Dolphin’s integrated modular washwall system combines hand dryers, soap dispensers, automatic faucets, and other key components into a coordinated prefabricated solution designed to reduce installation complexity, improve quality, and save thousands of field labor hours and significant project costs.
As we expand across the United States, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants to be part of something new, help build processes, support national project execution, and play a meaningful role in the growth of a high-design, high-performance product platform.
At Dolphin Solutions, you will help bring to market a solution that aligns with the future of construction: prefabrication, modular coordination, better quality control, faster installs, and lower onsite labor demands. Our products are already well established in Europe, and now we are building the U.S. operation to serve large-scale commercial projects across hospitality, education, corporate, healthcare, transportation, and public environments.
Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of construction-related projects from award through closeout. This role requires strong technical understanding, particularly in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, along with disciplined project controls, communication, and client management skills.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction project management experience and is highly skilled in scheduling, vendor and subcontractor coordination, project billing processes, and managing project documentation such as submittals and prequalification packages.
