About the role:

Location: DMV Region, USA

Join Dolphin Solutions and be part of a growing new U.S. team bringing an innovative European integrated washwall system to major commercial projects across the country.

This is not a standard construction PM role. This is an opportunity to help introduce a smarter, more advanced approach to commercial washroom delivery in the U.S. market. Dolphin’s integrated modular washwall system combines hand dryers, soap dispensers, automatic faucets, and other key components into a coordinated prefabricated solution designed to reduce installation complexity, improve quality, and save thousands of field labor hours and significant project costs.

As we expand across the United States, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants to be part of something new, help build processes, support national project execution, and play a meaningful role in the growth of a high-design, high-performance product platform.

At Dolphin Solutions, you will help bring to market a solution that aligns with the future of construction: prefabrication, modular coordination, better quality control, faster installs, and lower onsite labor demands. Our products are already well established in Europe, and now we are building the U.S. operation to serve large-scale commercial projects across hospitality, education, corporate, healthcare, transportation, and public environments.

Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of construction-related projects from award through closeout. This role requires strong technical understanding, particularly in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, along with disciplined project controls, communication, and client management skills.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction project management experience and is highly skilled in scheduling, vendor and subcontractor coordination, project billing processes, and managing project documentation such as submittals and prequalification packages.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead projects from award through closeout
  • Review architectural and MEP drawings to coordinate scope and technical requirements
  • Manage schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, billing, and closeout
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, installers, and internal teams
  • Support project kickoff and installation planning
  • Help create a best-in-class delivery model for an innovative modular product entering the U.S. market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Review architectural and MEP drawings to confirm scope and coordinate technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and addressing risks or delays.
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; oversee procurement and installation activities.
  • Prepare and manage Schedule of Values (SOVs), monthly billing, and progress payment applications.
  • Organize and submit project documentation including submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and closeout materials.
  • Oversee vendor prequalification and maintain required compliance documentation.
  • Track project budgets, change orders, and cost impacts; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to verify progress, quality, and installation requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with project install kick-offs and commissioning (typically 2 days onsite at start of install)

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Strong ability to review architectural and MEP drawings.
  • Experience managing submittals, billing, schedules, and vendor coordination.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple active projects
  • Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience, ideally with exposure to commercial construction environments.
  • Strong MEP knowledge with the ability to review and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
  • Project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Vendor/subcontractor management.
  • Project billing and change order management.
  • Submittal and shop drawing management.
  • Prequalification and compliance documentation.
  • Understanding construction contracts, RFIs, change orders, and project cost control.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and standard construction tools.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just another PM seat. We are looking for someone excited to join a growing platform, help shape execution standards, and be part of bringing a proven European system into major U.S. commercial construction.

If you want to help build something new, innovative, and nationally scalable, we’d love to hear from you.
