Project Manager – Construction

Full-Time | Exempt | Onsite (Southeast Wisconsin)

A well-established construction services provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of commercial and industrial projects. This role offers strong project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term growth with a safety-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret contracts, project scopes, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
• Plan and manage installation activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
• Prepare, submit, and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate labor, internal teams, and project stakeholders across multiple departments
• Monitor project financial performance and support accurate forecasting and cost control
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and identify opportunities for additional work
• Work collaboratively on multi-scope projects involving multiple internal disciplines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of experience in a construction project environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work across office settings, active job sites, and outdoor environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
