Project Manager – Commercial Interiors (NYC)

Location: New York City

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + Bonus/Profit Share + Full Benefits

We are working with a well-established commercial interiors General Contractor in NYC, delivering high-end corporate, corporate, and medical fit-out projects typically ranging from $1M–$10M.

They are looking to bring on a Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of projects and grow with the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced but still hungry, driven, and looking to step up within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering commercial interiors projects (NYC experience preferred)
• Exposure to high-end office, corporate, or medical fit-outs (medical a plus)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Confident running meetings and acting as a client-facing lead
• Driven, proactive, and looking for long-term growth
