Job Description

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for independently leading complex commercial construction projects within a corporate campus environment, overseeing delivery from early planning through construction closeout. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and coordination across internal partners and external vendors.

The PM manages all phases of design and construction, developing project budgets and schedules, mitigating risk, and resolving challenges as they arise. Success in this role depends on the ability to balance technical requirements, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining momentum in a fast-paced setting. The position also plays a role in supporting market growth by strengthening vendor relationships, assisting with pursuit efforts, and identifying new project opportunities through local networks.
