Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and project delivery.



Key Responsibilities

·        Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout

·        Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts

·        Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely and efficient work execution

·        Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents for accuracy and constructability

·        Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders

·        Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company and regulatory standards

·        Process change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications

·        Track project costs and approve invoices in alignment with budget controls

·        Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise

·        Ensure proper documentation and successful project closeout, including punch lists and final approvals

·        Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks

·        Support client communications regarding budget, scope changes, and pricing




Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Project Manager in construction or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and trade sequencing.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.



Preferred

• Experience estimating commercial, residential, and maintenance projects.

• Familiarity with local subcontractor networks and construction costs.

• Construction management or superintendent background.

• Experience supporting or performing project management activities.
