Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in ground-up commercial construction, managing projects ranging from $10M–$50M+. This role requires strong coordination with owners, field teams, and internal operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and profitable projects. Projects include education, healthcare, government/municipal, and other commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate submittals, inspections, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project
• Handle billing processes and support project financials
• Lead punch list and closeout activities, including final documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience
• Experience managing projects $10M+
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Timberline, Smartsheet, or Bluebeam
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
