Pay is hourly $45 - $52 (Pending level of experience)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential coax and fiber‑to‑the‑home (FTTH) build activities. This role is responsible for (but not limited to) managing day‑to‑day field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality installations, and driving projects from planning through completion.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with strong telecom construction experience who can balance safety, quality, schedules, and customer impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications
3–5+ years experience in telecom or utility construction management
Strong knowledge of fiber and/or coax (HFC / FTTH) construction
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple field crews
Understanding of aerial & underground construction methods
Ability to read construction prints, fiber maps, and work packages
Working knowledge of permitting, locates, and municipal coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the service area

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
