Project Manager – Construction (Hybrid)

Location: Boston, MA (Near Norwell)

Type: Full-Time


We are working with a well-established and growing construction company in the Boston area that is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of office, site, and remote work.


This role is ideal for someone who has recently stepped into a Project Manager position or is ready to take that next step, with strong exposure to tenant improvement projects.


The Role:

You will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant improvement projects across retail, fast dining (QSR), and warehouse sectors

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines

• Review drawings, scopes, and specifications

• Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard


Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in construction, with recent experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager stepping up

• Strong tenant improvement / interiors project experience

• Background in retail, fast dining, or warehouse projects preferred

• Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple projects

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
