Role Overview


We are supporting large-scale semiconductor construction projects in Boise, Idaho and are seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to support mission‑critical builds. These projects are highly technical and focused on semiconductor manufacturing environments, requiring strong HVAC and mechanical systems expertise.

This role is well suited for PMs who enjoy complex, fast-paced projects and are comfortable supporting high-value, technically demanding facilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support and manage large-scale semiconductor construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee mechanical scopes, including HVAC systems within semiconductor manufacturing environments
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and documentation using Primavera P6 and Microsoft tools
  • Support senior project management leadership on cost tracking, reporting, and overall execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, industry requirements, and client expectations
  • Participate in required trainings related to semiconductor and mechanical project work


Required Qualifications (Must Haves)


  • 2–10 years of experience in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role
  • Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience in HVAC systems
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Direct experience working on semiconductor facilities or similar mission‑critical environments (preferred not required)
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor construction and industry requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking
  • Ability and desire to travel as needed to support project execution


Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience working on parametrical or highly technical semiconductor projects
  • Familiarity with a wide range of project sizes and revenue levels
  • Background supporting long-term, high-value commercial or industrial builds
