Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior unit renovations (turns, upgrades, scope execution)
• Oversee common areas & amenity upgrades
• Manage subcontractors across multiple trades (flooring, paint, electrical, etc.)
• Run construction and coordination meetings with ownership
• Drive schedules, sequencing, and on-site execution
• Ensure smooth transitions between move-outs → renovations → new occupancy
• Maintain strong coordination while respecting resident experience in occupied units

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in multifamily renovations (occupied communities required)
• Strong field leadership — able to lead from the job site
• Ability to manage multiple scopes + subcontractors simultaneously
• Excellent communication — clear, direct, professional
• Comfortable working in live tenant environments
