We Search People are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client based in their Alexandria, VA office.

They are a very well established, award winning Commercial General Contractor, who are offering a long-term permanent position working within an excellent culture. This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to a generous benefits package and bonus.

THE ROLE

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall construction management of remodel, and interior improvement projects. The project types include but are not limited to Interior Fit-Out of Retail, Restaurants, Hotel & Hospitality, Leisure Facilities, Medical, etc.

The Project Manager must be professional, integrity-minded, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities:

• Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Commercial construction projects of $1m+
• Estimating experience is desirable
• College or university degree in a construction-related field is desirable
• Must understand construction terms, scheduling, and planning
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
