Job Overview
Our client is looking for Construction Project Manager to support delivery of data center construction projects in Aiken, South Carolina.
In this role, you will manage project scope, schedule, and execution coordination across multiple stakeholders to help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with applicable codes and standards. 1. Data center / mission-critical construction PM experience and ability to run work in an active build environment.
2. Schedule, risk, and dependency management Code + safety compliance knowledge, including building codes/industry standards and fire protection regulations, with strong stakeholder coordination.
3. Proficiency in strong document control and field coordination is essential. Experience with

1. LEAN construction / continuous improvement (waste reduction, predictability).
2. Experience with change management + closeout (punch lists, turnover documentation).
3. Vendor problem solving skills / partnership mindset
