Construction Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support industrial construction and project delivery efforts in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in project engineering processes who wants to continue developing under strong leadership and gain more responsibility as the company grows.

The ideal candidate will understand project engineering fundamentals and be comfortable supporting documentation, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Review plans, specs, RFIs, and submittals
• Assist with project coordination, schedule support, and documentation
• Track materials, quantities, and project deliverables
• Support subcontractor and vendor communication
• Assist with cost tracking, reporting, and overall project engineering support
• Help implement and follow new internal project processes as the company grows

Preferred Background

• Experience as a project engineering, field engineering, or construction support experience
• Industrial construction background preferred
• Self-perform contractor background is a plus
• Experience with project documentation, field coordination, and construction processes
• Must understand core project engineering processes and principles
