Job Title: Construction Materials Tester
Job DescriptionAs a Construction Materials Field Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of construction projects by conducting essential materials testing, inspections, and site observations. You will collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to address on‑site challenges and help protect our clients’ significant investments. Your work will support a wide variety of impactful projects—including transportation infrastructure (roads, bridges, airports), commercial developments, energy and power systems, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Using modern technology and field tools, you will deliver accurate, timely documentation that supports efficient, cost‑effective project decisions.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is predominantly field‑based, with more than 90% of work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions—heat, cold, rain, and sun. Some weekend and overnight travel may be required. The position includes driving company vehicles such as a Ford F‑150 or comparable truck.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
