Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Construction Management

Oversee daily construction activities, contractors, and site operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality

Ensure all work aligns with approved specifications, drawings, and procedures

Identify deviations and implement corrective actions

Review and track contractor schedules, progress, and deliverables

Safety & Compliance

  • Drive site safety programs with a goal of zero incidents
  • Partner with EHS and contractors to manage safety concerns, incidents, and near misses
  • Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct QA inspections during and after project execution
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with project managers on change management, including cost estimates and change orders
  • Review weekly/monthly reports on project status, cost, and risks
  • Provide KPI reporting (construction progress, safety metrics, labor hours)
  • Lead/participate in safety and quality meetings
  • Stakeholder & Contractor Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
  • Support contractor onboarding and coordination
  • Assist with permitting, inspections, and regulatory approvals


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction management, safety, and quality practices
  • Experience with cleanroom construction and semiconductor or chemical process environments
  • Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities


Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of construction management experience
  • OSHA 30 Certification (required)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with ASME, ACI, and building construction standards
  • Experience with accident investigation and reporting


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, reporting, and scheduling tools
