Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Description

Join a dynamic team where you'll be embedded with clients, managing and supporting multiple construction projects. You will play a vital role in coordinating between general contractors and owners, ensuring efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and lead meetings with general contractors and owners.
  • Document daily reports from general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
  • Travel to job sites in Pennsylvania and Delaware 2-3 days per week.
  • Facilitate and manage change orders and project documentation.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction, change order management, and project management.
  • Strong in construction management.
  • Experience in interior renovation or ground-up construction is preferred.
  • Experience working on the owner's side of projects.
  • Ability to manage general contractors and lead project meetings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Construction Management.
  • Strong communication and soft skills.
  • Experience reviewing and submitting RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals.

Work Environment

This role requires travel to job sites in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and occasionally upstate New York for 2-3 days a week, with travel expenses reimbursed. When not on-site, you have the flexibility to work from home. Some weekend work may be necessary, but the work schedule remains flexible.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntingtown, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
