Construction Manager

We’re currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to support the buildout of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across the U.S.

This role will be responsible for leading on-site execution from mobilization through commissioning and turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with design specifications. You’ll work closely with EPC contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to drive progress, manage risk, and maintain high standards across safety, quality, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day construction activities on utility-scale energy projects
• Managing EPCs, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Driving safety compliance and enforcing OSHA standards
• Tracking project progress, schedules, and field reporting
• Supporting QA/QC, commissioning, and project handover
• Coordinating with engineering teams to resolve field and design challenges

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of construction management experience within utility-scale solar and/or BESS
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and electrical scopes
• Proven ability to manage contractors and active job sites
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, and construction documentation
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification required
