Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves general site labor and clean-up, as well as the operation of various machinery to support construction projects. Pay will be $18 an hour and it is not negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general site housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Refuel construction equipment as needed.
• Locate and organize materials efficiently to support project timelines.
• Operate equipment, including forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and scissor lifts, to move materials safely around the site.

Essential Skills

• Certification in operating forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with HVAC installation, power and hand tools, plumbing, duct work, fabrication, and construction tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with duct installation, cast iron, and sheet metal work.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic construction setting where you will use a variety of tools and equipment. The role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks, requiring a high level of physical activity and adherence to safety standards. Dress code is construction-appropriate attire to ensure safety and comfort during tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,IN.
