REMEDIATION CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Olympus Technical Services, Inc., a Montana-based, employee-owned environmental services firm specializing in hazardous waste site remediation, mine reclamation, environmental engineering, and emergency spill response is seeking laborers for a Environmental Remediation project in East Helena, MT. The position reports to the Field Services Division Manager.
Duties:
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, digging, and grading
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Set up and take down temporary structures (fencing, signage, barricades)
- Perform demolition and removal of materials when required
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Assist with traffic control or flagging when necessary
- Perform general physical labor in various weather conditions
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:
- 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations (HazWoper) preferred but not necessary.
- Good driving record.
- Mechanical capabilities required.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds.
- Must pass background check.
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
Compensation:
Hourly wage DOE – Prevailing Wage Rates
Overtime pay 1.5 times hourly wage.
Workdays are generally Monday – Friday 40 hours/week+ but may be after hours or on weekends. Schedule may vary based on job schedule and season.
