Construction Laborer

$18–$22/hour (based on experience)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Davenport / Quad Cities Area

We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Mechanical Insulator to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments who is looking for a stable career with strong benefits and long-term growth.

• Install insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical systems to control temperature and reduce energy loss
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to insulation application
• Measure and cut insulation materials to required dimensions
• Assist experienced insulators with material handling, tool maintenance, and jobsite cleanup
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• 1+ year of experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment
• Ability to perform physical labor in an active jobsite setting
• Willingness to follow safety standards and learn new skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Davenport,IA.
