Now Hiring: Framing Carpenters

High‑End Custom New Construction

We are looking for skilled Framing Carpenters to join our team on high‑end, custom new build projects. This role focuses on multifamily and commercial construction, offering steady work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform framing carpentry on new build construction projects
  • Work on high‑end, custom multifamily and commercial buildings
  • Complete stick framing tasks
  • Install prefab walls and wall panels
  • Install wood siding as part of the building envelope

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills
  • 1+ year of wood framing experience
  • Strong skills in rough carpentry and framing
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Experience in finish carpentry
  • Experience in commercial construction

Work Schedule & Environment

  • First shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Optional weekend overtime available
  • Crew sizes vary by project:
    • 4–5 employees for smaller projects
    • 7–12 employees on commercial sites
    • 25+ employees on large‑scale builds

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
