Rogers Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Administrative Support position to join our team. This position will be based out of our office in Gallatin, TN, and will report directly to the Construction Cost Engineer. The successful candidate for this role will have the ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer service.  They will possess strength, independence, and character with a willingness to ask questions and a desire to get things done.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Full-Time
  • Location: Gallatin, TN
  • Wages starting at $21.00/hr

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the organization of team tasks
  • Entry of expense reports and payroll as needed. 
  • Run and distribute system job cost and point-of-sale reports as requested
  • Process subcontract payments & retain updated documents (insurance, price lists, etc)
  • Assist with unit entry and reconciliations on projects.
  • Use Excel to generate useful data for management from company systems (Oracle & HCSS)
  • Assist as needed with AP-related functions.
  • Support field operations in our Point-Of-Sale system
  • Correspondence with vendors and suppliers, when needed for setup documents and other communications.
  • Perform other tasks when asked upon discretion of management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Applications skills are required, with competency in Adobe Pro in merging and editing documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with office and field personnel. Previous experience in construction is preferred.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills are a must for required deadlines and workflow with other team members.
