Concrete Laborer – Precast Manufacturing

Job Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our precast manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform a variety of hands‑on tasks including setting up and pouring concrete, general labor, basic carpentry, and cleaning forms. You’ll work in a fast‑paced industrial environment producing high‑quality precast concrete products. While prior experience in construction or manufacturing is helpful, we welcome individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks including setting up, pouring, and finishing concrete
  • Clean, strip, and organize concrete forms after use
  • Assist with basic carpentry and form‑building tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to manufacture precast concrete products
  • Follow safety guidelines, work orders, and production instructions

Essential Skills & Abilities

  • Basic carpentry and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders
  • Proficiency with basic math and measurement tools (tape measure, level, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete work
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in industrial or outdoor environments with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature changes
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding, labor‑intensive role ideal for individuals who thrive in active work. You will work in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
