Concrete Laborer

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable Concrete Laborer to join our crew. This role supports all phases of concrete construction, including site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to grow in the trades, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting forms, installing rebar, and preparing sub‑grades
• Mix, place, and consolidate concrete during pours
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as screeds, bull floats, trowels, and saws
• Help with layout, measuring, and checking elevations
• Strip forms, clean tools, and maintain a safe, organized jobsite
• Perform patching, cutting, and repair work as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and support a hazard‑free work environment
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks on schedule

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or construction experience preferred, but willing to train
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Janesville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Company offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and holiday pay once hired on direct.

This is a fully onsite position in Janesville,WI.

This position is anticipated to close on May 1, 2026.
