Job Description
The Concierge / Guest Service Representative provides a welcoming, luxury lifestyle experience for all guests and tenants of a premier property. This role greets and assists visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, manages guest access in accordance with building protocols, and serves as a knowledgeable resource for property offerings, events, and local amenities. The position requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative host team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This role is based on-site at a high-end property with retail, showroom, and event spaces, where the Concierge / Guest Service Representative serves as a central point of contact for guests, tenants, and building personnel. The work environment is fast-paced and service-focused, requiring frequent face-to-face interaction with visitors as well as ongoing communication by phone and email. You will work closely with building management, security, showroom tenants, retailers, and other service providers to support a seamless guest experience. Professional attire is expected to reflect the luxury and professionalism of the property. The position involves standing and walking for portions of the day while greeting guests, as well as time at a front desk or concierge station handling administrative and communication tasks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
