We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to support a precision manufacturing team working with tight tolerances and high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines

• Perform offsets and adjustments to maintain precision

• Run production jobs independently

• Ensure adherence to quality and tolerance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong hands-on experience with setup, offsets, and machine operation
• Experience with Haas or similar CNC equipment preferred
• Background in precision machining environments

This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong hands-on machining experience.
