What You’ll Do:
• Lead engineering efforts and support production programs
• Solve materials & process challenges in composite manufacturing
• Develop specs, test plans, and support qualification testing
• Contribute to IRAD and next-gen material/process innovation
• Work hands-on with cutting-edge composite technologies
What You Bring:
• Experience with composites: hand layup, autoclave, RTM, bonding
• Knowledge of resins: Epoxy, BMI, Polyimide, Cyanate Ester
• Background in materials testing & process development
• Strong engineering fundamentals + technical documentation skills
