Job Description
The Compliance Specialist ensures organizational adherence to applicable federal laws, regulations, and contractual requirements in the realm of government contracting. This role supports the company's ethics and compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and export control laws (ITAR/EAR) as well as import control laws. The Compliance Specialist collaborates closely with contracts, legal, finance, HR, and security teams to identify compliance risks, implement controls, and maintain regulatory compliance across company operations.

Work Environment
The work environment is onsite five days a week with every other Friday off, located in a rapidly growing company situated in Stafford, VA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

You will be eligible to the employer’s match under the Company’s 401K plan after you have completed 6 full months of employment with the Company.(c) Paid Time-Off: You will be eligible to earn up to fifteen (15) days of paid vacation per calendar year, which will accrue monthly on a pro-rata basis. Vacation days not used in a specific year can be accumulated for use in future years up to a maximum of ten (10) days in total.
