ABOUT THE JOB
The Compliance Manager plays a key role in safeguarding GOAT USA by ensuring all products meet regulatory, safety, and ethical standards across the entire product lifecycle. This position is responsible for building and executing effective compliance programs, partnering closely with vendors, factories, and internal teams to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain. With a focus on operational excellence, this role drives process improvements, implements scalable compliance solutions, and proactively manages risk while adapting to evolving regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of apparel compliance requirements, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all GOAT USA products meet applicable regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards, including safety, labeling, sourcing, ethical, and manufacturing standards. This role oversees compliance throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with vendors, factories, and GOAT USA’s product development and production teams. The Compliance Manager plays a critical role in protecting the brand by mitigating risk and ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the supply chain.

SALARY RANGE
The salary for this role is $100,000 annually. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors, including the applicant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus may be included as part of the compensation package offer.
