Working knowledge of Workday advanced compensation (Comprehensive Compensation Management, Plan Design, Compensation Process, Event Management, Insights) and advance reporting.
Demonstrates full knowledge in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor. Consults and influences business managers and internal HR groups on complex compensation matters. Develops and implements compensation strategy.
Provides expertise on job analyses, external market analyses, offer recommendations and plan design. May be an expert in a specialized area such as sales, executive or international compensation.
Supports and may lead regular cyclical compensation work (market study, bonus administration, job analysis and pricing, annual review processes, etc.).
Lead compensation related projects including deep analysis using advanced excel skills, as well as process improvement initiatives. Presents complex research and analysis using data visualization tools (ie: Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Projects may include supporting Common Role Framework and setting up and testing Workday for new international locations.
May manage business client group relationships and regularly consults with senior management on compensation design principles, practices and regulations.
