Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager with strong condominium experience to oversee a growing portfolio of condo associations in the Houston area. This is a newly created role driven by company growth, offering the opportunity to build and scale a portfolio while increasing earning potential.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing condominiums and is well-versed in Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA). This individual will work closely with leadership and transition into a more autonomous, hybrid role as they demonstrate success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of condominium associations, overseeing daily operations and property performance
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners; attend meetings and provide guidance
  • Prepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reports
  • Oversee vendors and contractors, including bidding, contracting, and performance management
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
  • Enforce governing documents and ensure consistent community standards
  • Ensure compliance with Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA) and manage risk, insurance, and documentation


Requirements

  • 3+ years of condominium/HOA management experience (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA) (required)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties and build a portfolio
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, variance analysis)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors
  • Stable work history with demonstrated growth in the industry
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
