Every day, you will proactively engage with clients, assessing their needs and identifying pathways to care and support. You'll connect individuals to relevant health, social, educational, and employment resources, providing guidance and practical assistance to overcome logistical barriers.

Required:
Above average interpersonal and instructional skills with grade school children, adolescents and adults. Good organizational skills
Above average interpersonal, instructional and communication skills for K-12 and adults.
Completion of employer provided basic course-specific training.
Successful completion of employer provided training including demonstration of satisfactory of instructional skills with age-appropriate group.
